Q1.What is your role at China Trade King and why should we use your service? Ans: We have over 7 solid years of business experience in China particularly in Shanghai, Yiwu, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Ningbo, Sichuan and Beijing. Being Bilingual and bicultural, we understand the need of the Chinese people and the Europeans counterpart and we seek a mutual win win relationship by being a bridge between the two.
You should use my experience in China as a leverage for your business instead of spending sleepless night thinking whether the goods you ordered will arrive on time and in the good condition. We provide a holistic B2B services as stated in our Terms of Memberships.
Q2: What items do you supply and where do you get your items from?
Ans: We can supply anything you can think of. Most of our items come from Yiwu and Guangzhou. Yiwu is an inland city in China, Zhejiang Province, which is 500Km from Shanghai. If you take a plane from Singapore it will bring you to Shanghai in 5 hour followed a 4 hour train ride making it a total of 9 tiring hours. You can save precious time if you use our service.
Q3: Can I just buy from Yiwu instead of joining you as a member?
Ans: Yes you can simply buy an air ticket to Shanghai and then take a train to Yiwu if you are courageous like me when I was 27. But if you do not want to waste time or you do not speak Mandarin, I will advise you to find a Mandarin speaking translator. There are plenty of them in China who speak simple English. Do find a trustworthy one. Finally, be mentally prepared that you 1) may not be paying the best prices for your items 2) may not get the quality you want and the worst 3) be getting the wrong item you have ordered.
Q3) Is it possible then to do business without the China experience?
Ans: Yes it is possible. Our company supports you all the way to getting your goods to your doorstep after member registration.
Q4) Is your membership high?
Ans: No, in fact the membership fee of US$100 is fully refundable after you make your first transaction with us. The fee you pay shows your genuine interest in using our service. Once you have used our service, you will appreciate how much time, money and frustration you have saved from dealing directly with the Chinese.
Q5) Please tell us the benefits of being a member?
Ans: You have to tell us what product you are interested in - your requirements and specification. If you can give us a sample of what you need, we will be able to provide you a quotation based on the quantity needed within a few days.If you are happy with the pricing, you can request from us a sample order by depositing money into our bank account and we will handle the manufacturing and the delivery.
All items send to you will be inspected for conformity using a 10 percent sampling test. Test is based on performance and cosmetic appearance conformity. You will have a peace of mind knowing that all items are delivered to you in excellent condition.
Q6) Is it possible to buy even with a small quantity?
Ans: Yes, you can provide if you have an excellent relationship with the supplier. That is why you should use our service as we maintain an excellent chinese connection.
Q7) How much do you charge us for all the expenses incurred for your services?
Ans: We charge buyer a premium of 3 percent of total goods ordered (US$1000 or whichever is higher) per transaction. Also all postage cost of sample will be borne by you.
Q8) How much does one container cost and are there any insurance for lost item?
Ans: It normally costs US$2000 per container and yes we can arrange for insurance if you need it.
Q9) Can we hand carry items back to home country?
Ans: Yes you can if item size and quantity is small
Q10) Is your product of inferior quality?
Ans: You will get what you pay for and be reasonable in expectation.
Q11) What if item is of inferior quality after we receive it and what can we do about it?
Ans: I guess it is tough luck for you and us as you will no longer be using our services. We will prevent this from happening to you.. Q12) How long do I need to receive my order?
Ans: We hope you can receive it in as short a time as possible. China to South East Asia takes 14 days and to Europe is 30 days by ship. Delays may be caused by custom checks. We are setting up a tracking system (ERP) to make delivery as smooth as possible.
Q12) If I order a small quantity and not a full container, what should I do?
Ans: We will do an arrangement for you to see if we can slot your goods with some other orders from your country man. It may be slower but be assured that this is a small problem.
