Chinese Team Work

Hope all is fine for you.

Recently I wrote finish my story on Teamwork.

"There is a game call jogging but it needs four joggers to play.

The game can consist of, as many teams as possible but to win the
game all four joggers in the same team must complete the race as
close to each other as possible.

For example, if the fastest jogger in the team comes in first place
and the slowest jogger come in 20th place while the rest comes in 5th
place and 10th place the score for the team will be (1+20+5+10)/4 = 9


But another team has the fastest jogger in the team comes in second
place and the slowest jogger come in 9th place while the rest comes
in 11th place and 12th place the score for the team will be
(2+9+11+12)/4 = 8.5

The second team wins because they has a lower score ?to win the
game, the team must get the lowest score and this means that all the
joggers must keep as close to each other as possible. They must
encourage each other to work hard and never abandon any of its team
members or they lose the race together.

Your work place is just like this game, are you working together as a
team, encouraging each other?

I have spent the last 6 years in China and I always find working as a
team impossible, did not the sage Sun Tzu says the working
environment is like a battlefield? The Chinese mind is complex, often
infused with 36 strategy, Art of War and Thick Black Theory.
